We are delighted to announce that we will re-open on Monday April 12th ! We can’t wait to have you all back – we have missed you !
There isn’t a lot of availability left – scroll down to see remaining availability -but there is still a bit of everything ! Please feel free to phone 01769572661 or email me email@example.com if you have any concerns or questions about booking during these difficult times or you would like to book a holiday for 2021. Once we have confirmed your holiday dates we will email you a booking form and booking conditions. Please read our Terms & Conditions before signing and returning your booking form. Once your booking form and a 30 % deposit or full amount as appropriate is paid l will send you your booking confirmation. We only accept payment by bank transfer. Covid-19 inclusive holiday insurance is essential. There was an article in Which ? recently and quite a few policies that cover Covid are available, AXA and AA were recommended. The other suggestions are The Post Office and Trailfinders.
CHANGES at NBF during the Covid – 19 Pandemic
If we are placed on lockdown, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a refund if this isn’t possible. If you are unable to holiday with us because you are ill or self – isolating or any other reason this will need to be covered by your own holiday insurance.
Once here, safety for our guests on the farm is our biggest concern. We are so lucky to have lots of room and facilities here and with only two cottages social distancing couldn’t be easier. A few changes are in place on the farm and in your cottage to make sure we are all kept safe whilst still offering your family a great farm holiday experience. You only have to look at our latest reviews to see we have managed this. There is still twice daily animal feeding including egg collecting with Farmer Chris and optional pony rides.
We have the ‘Good to Go’ Visit England kite mark from Visit England to show we have understood and are following the government and public health guidelines. We have carried out a Covid-19 risk assessment and have made any necessary changes to your cottage and the areas you will be using. We have joined PASC (the professional association of self-caterers) and are strictly following their cleaning recommendations to make sure your cottage and farm are Covid-19 ready. For full information please read our Guest Charter.
As usual all up to date news, including ever changing Covid-19 regulations, will be posted on our social media platforms ( usually facebook as no limit on characters!) and Farmer Chris will still write the monthly blog.
Stay alert and be safe,
Farmer Chris and Tracey xx
